For over 18 years Tracy has been a specialist in the area of corporate pension schemes and has gained extensive technical and practical knowledge. Given the diverse nature of her specialist field, Tracy has adeptly handled a wide remit including both defined benefit and defined contribution occupational schemes, group and individual personal pensions, risk benefits and retirement planning.

Tracy believes that the most important part of her work is to establish a strong rapport with a client. By doing this, she provides the all-important continuity of service and a platform from which client trust grows.
