Case Study 2An existing client with about 250 employees underwent an intensive acquisition process over the space of 12 months. This resulted in it becoming a company of around 1,200 employees originating from a total of four companies. One Pension Consultancy were involved with helping the company harmonise its employee benefits arrangements into a global package from an initial starting point of unequal benefits.

We aided the consultation process, rolled out the employee benefit package nationally and undertook a significant exercise to help members consolidate their old benefits from other pension arrangements (28 different schemes in total) into the new pension arrangement.
